They were amazing fast and a decent price! The doctor made my baby boy feel welcomed and he doesn't like people so it was nice to see someone who was able to be calm and let my boy get comfortable! Highly recommend for anything needed dog wise!

I had to have my doggie best friend put to sleep. The staff were so very kind, patient, and understanding. They took care of my baby's body to make it easier for me to bring him home for burial. They also gave me a couple of very nice gifts to remember him by, and then sent me a beautiful sympathy card. I fully recommend them. They take very good care of pets who are their patients.

They are very welcoming and friendly and recommend affordable pet insurance . They made sure they let me know everything and what would be best for his breed and what was going on with him and just really friendly I wouldn’t want to take my pet anywhere else

Dr. Simpkins is ABSOLUTELY the BEST He was there when my baby went down with Congestive Heart failure. He ALWAYS shown me an my husband absolutely concern an caring for our 6lb little dog. He has taken such good care of her she is bk to herself although I gotta give her limits now 😉😁. But he just doesn't talk to us he talks to our baby like we do an you just don't know how much I appreciate that. It means a lot that he too cares about dogs, some vets do this as a job our pets are just a paycheck but Dr Simpkins isn't like that at all, you genuinely can see that he truly cares and that means the world If I could give him 10 stars I sincerely would Thank you from all of us, Zoey + her parents

This is my go to place for my 100 lb fur baby. Just wish they could provide ALL needs associated with my pet. They have extremely good vets and wonderful staff. Not long waiting lines. Need to get a surgeon that can perform tplo in this area. You have referred me to knoxville which is 100 miles.

Wonderful staff, Dr's and service. We've never had a better Veterinary clinic for our dogs. Stephanie was superb attending to all of our needs and making recommendations. Dr Padgett is one of the best vet surgeons we've met. We highly recommend this Clinic.

I have had animals my whole life and never have I been so disappointed by a clinic. They are totally consumed with quantity of animals they see in a day rather then let’s figure out what’s wrong. I took my dog in not once but numerous times and ask if my dog was going blind??? I was reassured no she’s not.. she fell in my pool which required an airport ER visit and 2 weeks later fell from a bannister and ended up at UT. Her quality of life now due to a head injury is poor. I will never EVER forgive myself for not taking her to a more competent VET who cares and actually knows what they are doing. I will add to my post based off your reply.. truly false information you have posted. My records were transferred weeks ago and her ophthalmologist appointment was canceled by UT due to her head injury. If you read her records correctly you would have known all this. FURTHERMORE she was not seen for seizure activity until several months ago. Sadly you are wrong and I’m so thankful I left.
